WLIrc
	WLIrc is an IRC Client for Java cell phones or any other device that supports java MIDP 1.0 or (with WLIrc 2.0) Java MIDP 2.0. Multiple windows, can use an http proxy, saves configuration on your phone. Wide list of supported phones. See also WAP format page. With 2.0, channel text, namelist and input text can be on the same screen, the program can run in the background, has notify handlers and DCC send/receive.
