upIRC
	upIRC is a client for Internet Relay Chat (IRC) servers. It is currently faster, more stable, and offers more features than any other IRC client for Palm OS. It supports DCC chat, command shortcuts with variables, auto-completion of commands, and a one-tap shortcut for entering nicknames in channels.
