| When a program's Web site doesn't bother to say what platform it's for, you can bet it's for MS-DOS. In this case IceChat is probably for Microsoft Windows, as the FAQ mentiones Visual Basic scripting. No clear information on licence or features, so no idea if it handles multiple servers, DCC or whatever. | ||
